Area of Responsibility

• Follows all infection control and HACCP guidelines when performing duties.
• Checks in deliveries and signs packing slips/invoices. Puts packing slips/invoices in designated folder, or binder.
• Records temperatures of food items on HACCP logs.
• Obtains stock from refrigerators and storerooms, loads and unlaods stock and dispatches and stores supplies.
• Follows “First-in-First-Out” (FIFO) methods for stocking.
• Make recommendations for replenishment of stocks.
• Uses equipment as needed for transport of goods to include carts, pallet jackets, etc.
• Obtains stock from refirgerators and storerooms, loads and unload stock, and dispatches and sotres supplies.
• Labels food items, using dates and names of products.
• Removes food from non-fucntioning refrigerators.
• Operates all kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
