Job Title: Technical Assistant

Schedule: 5/8 (M – F)

Rate of Pay: $23 / hour

Type of Role: Permanent / Direct hire

Our team is currently looking to fill a role for our client in Freeport, TX for a Technical Assistant. A successful candidate will to the Operations Maintenance department and provide Administrative support to ensure the department functions in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Service Entry sheets entry and invoice reconciliation.
• Management of data in server and within SAP system.
• Data collection and ing of KPI’s.
• Filing, locating and distributing drawings, P & ID’s, plans and other related documents.
• Ensure all documents requiring approval are prioritized and effectively managed.
• Create and distribute meeting minutes and spreadsheets.
• Word processing support for editing of technical s and presentations.
• Assist with company and employee events.
• Working on special administrative projects which encompass research and compilation of data.

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and safeguarding of information.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in SAP.
• Comprehensive understanding of MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project and Visio.
• Highly detail oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
