Honor Bank’s Customer Service Representatives (Tellers) are the face of our thriving, local community Bank. In a world where banking can be done without people, or even physically going to the Bank, having an amazing customer service experience is the number one reason our customers keep coming back!

Honor Bank’s CSRs provide an array of services, including handling customer transactions (withdraws, deposits, cashing checks, etc), educating customers on our awesome products and services, and a variety of tasks that require attention to detail- such as balancing ATMs, vaults, and their own drawer regularly.

This is an entry level role, for which individuals need not have prior banking experience. *Having Cash Handling and Customer Service experience is beneficial.

Honor Bank boasts an awesome growth program that allows entry level CSR’s to be promoted to Personal Banker and Universal Banker (both with pay increases) at their own pace. We also always try to promote from within when we can- which has landed us *pretty much the best* team of Bankers Northern Michigan has!
