A day in the life of…

As Operator, you will be answering calls and emails in a professional manner within a prescribed time frame, and according to established scripts and standards. Promptly routing calls to their destination. Respond to hotel guests’ concerns or complaints in a timely manner. Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines.

Based in the Alliance Palace you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. “Alliance Palace” is an apart-hotel in the wonderful city of Batumi – here you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our aparthotel is ideal for both family holidays and business trips. What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.

• Fluent in English and russian (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with guests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
