We are seeking a volunteer to assist in our Food Hamper program. This position would require:

• Preparing and packing food hampers
• Checking for expired dates and placing them in a damaged goods container
• Setting up fresh produce to be given out during the food bank service hours
• Working as a team during food bank hours to ensure that all clients receive their food bag
• Assisting with unloading and organizing food hamper donations

Time Commitment: (You can pick 1 shift from the shifts mentioned below)

• Monday: (11 am – 2 pm).
• Thursday: (11 am – 2 pm).
• Friday: (9 am – 12 pm) or (11 am – 2 pm).

Qualifications:

• Physical ability to move boxes of food, cans and other heavy food items (10-20 lbs).

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 per week
