TheDriveGroup Hiring for Senior Manager Ecommerce at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Our client is looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead online sales strategy and drive revenue growth, for their already well-established D2C brand!

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in eCommerce management, including developing and implementing successful online marketing campaigns, optimizing the customer experience, and managing a team of eCommerce professionals.

You will have experience in similar D2C environments. With a hands on approach, this role is looking for someone to come in and lead by example, working across their ANZ / UK / USA sites.

This isn’t a position where you will be managing a large team, you will have ownership of the eCommerce & development function and will be hands on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop and manage the eCommerce budget, forecasting sales and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Oversee the development of marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the eCommerce site and increase conversions.
• Ensure the eCommerce platform is optimized for performance, usability, and search engine visibility.
• Ensure the eCommerce site accurately reflects brand and product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure eCommerce initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives.
• Monitor eCommerce industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, web analytics, and online marketing strategies.
• Experience managing a team of eCommerce professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful eCommerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Passion for eCommerce and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

This role is based in Sydney and is onsite 5 days per week in the office.
