Description:
The Helpdesk Coordinator is a position that will provide first-level support for IT-related issues. Duties include speaking with team members via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the course of daily operations. This position will also assist the IT team in supporting a growing infrastructure and help to identify areas of need.
This is NOT a remote position.
