We deliver millions of packages via our home & ground, white glove, express, and courrier network of experienced drivers and delivery associates.

We are looking for a jr. Logistics Specialist to join our team and assist our team of managers with overseeing and executing various . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large workforce of delivery associates starting with from hiring , scheduling , customer service, warehouse oversight, and on the site oversight. This position requires excellent organizational skills, must know Microsoft excel, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, microsoft excel, and customer service/people skills. We promote within, the right candidate will have the ability to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with delivery associates.
• Manage schedules.
• Develop and implement cost-effective company initiatives.
• Act as a liaison to our customers
• Develop strategies to improve customer service and reduce costs.
• Monitor the performance of logistics systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Go on field and monitor progress and identify areas of improvement.

This job requires no less then 50 hours per week. All schedules are based on 4 weekdays and one weekend day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
