Recruiter Opportunity

Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Recruiter for their two Massachusetts locations located in Danvers and Westminster.

As Recruiter, You Will…

• Collaborate with facility leadership, human resources, and department heads to drive recruitment efforts
• Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts
• Identify and sources appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
• Assist in the development of corporate employment resources
• Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
• Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through on-boarding.
• Develops relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manages the procurement and measurement process.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data bases
• Excellent communication and organization
