SUMMARY
The focus of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to plan, design and implement a marketing strategy, develop a social presence, and effectively advocate our brands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop measurable goals and collaborate with the Website Architect to maximize ROI, gather analytics, plan campaigns to support those goals, and execute digital Marketing Campaigns, consistent and creative social media campaigns, SEO, SEM, PPC, and email campaigns.
· Manage and update the Company website through the end-to-end creation of images, photos, videos, and evergreen content to increase the traffic of target customers.
· Keep online media up to date and organized into a system.
· Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and input where appropriate.
· Support external E-Commerce customers and assist with content strategy and development, promotional and online marketing campaigns.
· Monitor all outside E-Commerce Sites for MAPP violations. Take the necessary steps to enforce our MAPP agreement.
· Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Assistant on the booth design and the product displays at the National Trade Show. Physically attend the show and help to set up and tear down booths and product displays.
· Perform competitive market research to determine brand differentiation. Prepare findings and present them to Sales Team.
· Responsible for developing the annual budget for Digital Marketing Campaigns for approval.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education – The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design, communication, or a related field or 5-7 years of marketing and digital marketing experience.
Language Skills – The ability to read, write and comprehend the English language. Ability to write s and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Communication Skills – Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
Computer Skills – Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Reasoning Ability – Must possess strong analytical, logical, and technical skills. Strong data-driven skills are needed.
Physical Demands – Must be met by an employee to perform the job successfully.
· Required to sit, stand and/or walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Frequent need to talk or hear.
· The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to focus.
Work Environment –
· The noise level in the work environment is typical of an office environment.
· The employee is occasionally exposed to the production environment where the environment is hot and humid or cold, with exposure to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places with fumes and airborne particles and the nose level may be very loud.
· Occasional travel by automobile and commercial airplane may be required.
Additional Skills –
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and JavaScript development and constraints.
· Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
· Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and Instagram Insights.
· Strong graphic design skills and working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, and Dreamweaver.
· Self-Motivated, strong leadership skills, team-oriented, goal-oriented, effective time management, and strong attention to detail.
