AMETEK, Inc Hiring for Marketing Specialist at Horsham, PA Full Time

The Marketing Specialist s directly to the STC BU Marketing Manager. The Marketing Specialist helps with various marketing tasks, from the logistics of marketing campaigns to events, product launches and the handling of strategic partnerships for various product areas. The Marketing Specialist takes initiatives and comes up with proposals for the responsible product lines (Hunter, Introtek, and FA) to create more leads and thereby more business.

The Marketing Specialist has the main responsibility for all SoMe across all brands within STC. This also includes the importance of measuring the effect of the various posts on all our platforms.

As responsible for SoMe, a yearly SoMe plan must be developed to ensure uniformity and being on brand, while all brands and products gain attention.

Lead Generating:

• Responsible for generating quality leads so that our salespeople get maximum support to generate new business. Lead-generating activities must be created in the form of webinars, gated content and other similar activities which must be followed via our marketing automation tool Pardot.

Content Creation:

• Responsible for all marketing activities in selected product areas. All content must be prepared in collaboration with engineers, product managers and sales teams.

• Responsible for the coordination and implementation of content.

Social Media:

• Accountable as the company SoMe expert, responsible to build annual plan with all SoMe mail for the year using Hootsuite.

• Must follow trends and include changes in the various platforms’ algorithms to ensure high visibility.

Marketing Plan Execution and Events

• Responsible for coordinating all events in the marketing plan within the selected product areas.

• Work with Product Managers for respective product lines to create new marketing initiatives.

• Other Duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or other related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of proven track record within Marketing.
• Organizational skills are crucial for this position.
• Technical understanding and writing skills.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role.
• Experience with Managing various SoMe accounts and channels.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
• Accuracy and attention to detail combined with written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-development skills to keep-up to date with fast-changing trends.
• Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
• Up to 10% travel.

As most of your colleagues in the Global Marketing team are based in Europe or Asia, flexibility in regard to meetings in other time zones than yours is required.
