Full Time- Mon – Fri Some Saturday’s busy seasons.
Customer Service coordinator for busy Mechanical Contracting Company
MUST HAVE 2 years experience as a Customer Service coordinator.
Seeking upbeat, energetic, personable individual who has ability to multitask and pay attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, pleasant phone manner, strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of MS Office.
Responsible for:
Answering phone lines
Assisting service department in daily operations
Contact Customers prior to service call to confirm appointment. Must react quickly and be at ease with immediate changes to technician’s schedule with minimal down time. Must be able to communicate and handle customer service issues independently and resolve them in a timely and professional manor.
Billing and data entry
Other various duties asked of management
Competitive hourly salary
Job Type: par-time possibly leading to full-time.
