As Senior HR Generalist this role encompasses HR generalist tasks in addition to supporting projects and driving forward HR initiatives.

This role will see responsibility for:

• Supporting the delivery of HR projects and initiatives including D, E & I
• Employee on-boarding, changes and off-boarding and providing recommendations for process improvements
• End to end recruitment and contribution to employer branding initiatives
• Performance management and providing advice, coaching and support to managers on employment related matters
• Support of learning and development programs both new and existing
• Oversight of employee benefits
• Completion of HR ing and data analytics
• Assisting in the end of year compensation process
• General HR tasks
• Collaborating with the Commercial team on design and delivery of internal and external content

About You

It is essential that you have strong generalist HR knowledge and have worked in a similar HR Generalist role for at least 4 years. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience with Workday or a similar HRIS and be confident in the use of HRIS systems for ing and data integrity purposes. You will be keen to work closely with the busy team in an ever-changing environment. For this reason, you will need a high level of drive and energy as well as be adaptable and versatile to juggle multiple tasks. A high level of initiative and a proactive approach is crucial to success in this role.

This role is perfect for someone with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail whilst being balanced with a confident, friendly and approachable manner. It’s critical to have the maturity to interact and engage with all levels of the business and drive to be a part of a successful business and passionate People Team. The ability to collaborate with other departments and functions is a must in this role.
