PV Labels Hiring for Data Entry/Customer Service Representative at Costa Mesa, CA Full Time

Full Job Description

PV Labels Inc. is seeking a customer service/order entry representative to work with our customers via phone and e-mail. The representative will receive inbound calls and either transfer them to the appropriate department, or assist with customer questions/concerns regarding their order status, shipping options, and/or order modifications. The other main job responsibility is to input e-commerce orders into the sales system quickly and accurately to ensure timely shipping of orders and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge in the following would be a plus:

  • Solar equipment/installation
  • Plan set knowledge
  • PDF editing software
  • QuickBooks or other POS/Customer Service Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 per hour
