Responsibilities:

• Successfully manages accounts receivable.
• Responsible for the accuracy of coding and billing of patient accounts, including monthly billing statements.
• Ensure that all insurance claims are coded and billed correctly.
• Processes accounts according to specific guidelines; handles exceptions or errors as directed.
• Reconcile statements, including patient payments, adjustments, denials and receipt of payments.
• Works with patients to resolve account issues and assist with financial arrangements.
• Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and professional relationship with patients.
• Organize client base
• Scheduling
• Input client data
• Connecting with insurance companies about referrals/marketing
• Some community marketing hours available if interested
• Knowledge of computers and programs such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, Simple Practice is great, but not required.
• Additonal hours are available after the first month.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
