Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including content creation, social media strategy, website development, and more.
• Oversee the development of digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including paid advertising, email, social media, and search engine.
• Manage the development of digital marketing campaigns through a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Manage the growth of the digital marketing campaigns by analyzing performance metrics and measuring ROI.
• Work with our sales team to ensure we are growing sales through new product launch campaigns.
• Manage the growth of the ecommerce website by ensuring it is optimized for customers’ needs and building a strong customer base.
• Work with our ecommerce team to ensure we are shipping products quickly and accurately.
• Manage our website to ensure it is up-to-date, organized, and easy to use.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education & Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
·2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & or Business Development preferred.

Skills:
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Spanish). Spanish speaking is a plus!

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

2) Support LinkedIn marketing efforts, including content creation, campaign setup, and performance tracking.

3) Assist in creating and optimizing content for various digital channels, such as blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

4) Support in executing email marketing campaigns, google analytics, SEO, Social Media postings(ads).

5) Support in managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities, including data entry, segmentation, and lead tracking.

6) Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

7) Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience into Digital Marketing.
• Must have work experience with multiple social media networks.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Two or more years of experience in marketing, advertising.
• Hands-on experience in promotions.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
