Centra Windows is Looking For Customer Success Associate at Calgary, AB Full Time

What’s the job?

As the Customer Success Associate you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and setting our outside sales team up for the win. Our customers reach out to us via the phone or our website to get a quote on upgrading their windows. You will be responsible for booking in home consultations for our Outside Sales team. Once the appointment is booked you will take all the key information about their project and put this data into our CRM system and on our Sales Rep’s calendars.

This role plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives by creating relationships with our customers, answering questions about our product and services, upselling, and gathering key information about their window renovation project. You will be driven by providing the best customer service and supporting the success of our sales team with immaculate data entry and optimized efficient scheduling.

Core Accountabilities Include:

• You gather high value information for our outside sales team through your conversational skills with our customers over the phone
• Follow up diligently with leads and customers
• Monitor all website leads and incoming inbox/phone leads ensuring that every enquiry is followed up with a quick turnaround during business hours
• Ensure Centra’s CRM database is correctly updated daily and your data entry is immaculate
• Constant communication with Outside Sales to ensure strong relationships and supporting our success together
• Regular brainstorming within the team on how to overcome objections and how we can provide the best customer experience in the industry
• Administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• Proven successful history in Customer Service
• Excellent phone manner – previous experience of customer service over the phone an asset
• Retail Sales experience an asset
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on data entry
