The Lancemore Hotel Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our marketing team as a Junior Marketing Associate. In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our hotels. You will work closely with our Group Director of Marketing & Communications, and other key members of the team, supporting various marketing activities and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.

About The Role

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences.
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generate s, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
• Support the organization and coordination of promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Help maintain and update the company’s website content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to contribute fresh ideas and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

About You

• Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing or a related discipline; or, a current student
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms – including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing is desirable but not required.
• Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• A high level creative skills and ability to manage your own time in this fast paced environment will be highly regarded.
