Part Time Social Media & Marketing Associate needed for small property management company in Sugar Land to create basic Canva type graphics & post daily on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist, Tick Tock, Apartments.com and more. Also do email marketing blasts in Constant Contact. Must be well versed on Meta Business Advertising. The right person can work virtually AFTER a few weeks of being trained.

This person must be creative, enthusiastic and sharp! Must be able to multi-task, be extremely organized and most important be aggressive and well versed in the current social media and online trends. Experience with design and social media platforms is a MUST. The role will include assisting with various needs based on occupancy and coordinating marketing initiatives, tenant retention and online ad creation, boosting & management.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Create and oversee marketing various materials for apartment complex advertising.

● Create and oversee marketing materials for apartment complex tenant retention.

● Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

● Create and post original, engaging and branded content across social media channels and all media formats.

● Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

● Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools

● Create and oversee marketing materials for apartment complex advertising.

●Troubleshoot and prioritize social media attention for communities with low occupancy.

Qualifications and Skills

● Strong skills using Microsoft Office, and Canva. Asobe a plus

● Knowledge of principles of design, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition and current design trends

● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

● Must have understanding of multiple social media platforms, metrics, and tracking.

●Demonstrates ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and meet established deadlines.

● Professional written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to effectively perform and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and timely.

● Must be creative and innovative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
