Freight Management Group Inc. a third-party logistics provider is now recruiting a dynamic and results oriented team player who can add value to our operations and assist the company on the path of continuous success. Candidates must be able to multitask and manage ongoing duties that support our Brokerage division. Candidates must also be able to represent the company well on the phone. Organization and attention to detail are an absolute must in this fast-paced work environment. Candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work on their own and in a cross functional team. Experience in sales and logistics would be highly regarded.

Duties:

• Follow up with carriers and clients via email and phone to ensure all business needs are met in a professional manner
• Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers
• Tracking and overseeing shipments from pick up to delivery
• Gather and organize all relevant documentation.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks, specifically with ACT and Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Leadership initiative to help streamline our Brokerage process

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, and/or Supply Chain experience highly preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn new computer systems quickly
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Must have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills
• Strong math and reasoning skills

• Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize
• Must be able to resolve problems in all aspects of job
• Have an open mind to accept changing work environment
• Must be able to work independently as well
