We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically about how to best source and attract talent. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing relationships with potential candidates and creating a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks.
• Manage the recruiting process from start to finish.
• Negotiate job offers and salary packages.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $55,240.00 – $83,023.00 per year
