Responsibilities:

• Utilize job boards, social media outlets and all available methods provided to recruit candidates to fill our client’s openings.
• Manage job postings on designated social media platforms.
• Make recruiting calls, pre-screen candidates through phone screen, set up and conduct interviews.
• Conduct pre-employment background checks, administer skills and client specific pre-employment screens when applicable.
• Evaluate talent and extend offers of employment to candidates and associates.
• Set up associates in our ATS (applicant tracking system), finish on boarding process.
• Perform client specific orientations and plant tours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with associates by answering questions regarding payroll, benefits, etc. in a timely manner.
• Coach and mentor associates as needed.
• Attend client meetings to review progress, opportunities for improvement, and provide agenda items that are forward thinking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure we are working to accomplish goals set forth.
• Must maintain compliance with all Federal/State employment laws and practices.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 45 words per minute with accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with all employees.
