Mint Condition Hiring for Inside Sales / Appointment Setter at Remote Full Time

Work from home part-time (20-25 hours per week), Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible hours), $15 – $16 per hour plus commission structure.

We are looking for an incredibly motivated individual who is searching for something more than a typical office job. As our Inside Sales/Appointment Setter you will use your skills in building relationships to set appointments for our goal driven outside sales team.

Responsibilities:

· Set appointments with the decision maker for our outside Sales Team

· Update all records in the company’s CRM with accurate and complete information. This will include using our auto-dialer, and updating status of leads accurately, etc.

· Utilize our script and sales process when speaking with potential customers

· Properly explain our services to prospective customers

Requirements:

· Cannot be afraid of or deterred by the word “no”

· Be a highly motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency who works well independently with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

· Strong professional communicator via phone and email

· Strong organization skills

· Professional phone voice and phone etiquette

· Positive attitude, initiative, self-motivation and can work independently with little guidance

· Dependable

· Strong customer service and relationship building skills
