CRANEWORKS/RENTALWORKS IS OPENING A NEW LOCATION IN DECATUR, AL

CraneWorks/RentalWorks is an equipment rental company headquartered in Birmingham AL, with additional locations in Mobile AL and Nashville TN. We have cranes from 2.5 tons to 500 tons. We offer services in crane lifts, rigging, machinery moving, storage as well as a large bare rental fleet. We can provide the crane, rigging and certified operator/rigger. Under the RentalWorks division, we maintain a large bare rental fleet to supplement our operated crane division. We have over 30 years’ experience in the operated and bare rental marketplace.

RentalWorks is looking for an experienced sales representative to sell bare rental equipment in the new Decatur location. The candidate needs to be able to look at job sites to accurately provide quotations, meet with customers, as well as cold call new customers. They also need to have a basic understanding of all types of heavy equipment for customer rental.

The individual will have performance goals to meet monthly, quarterly and annually. They must have the ability to read sales s and have excellent computer skills. Strong math skills are required too. Additional recommendations:

· General knowledge and understanding of crane business

· Understanding of the Rentalman software

· Experience in rental sales

· Experience in dispatch functions a plus

· Knowledge of the estimating and permitting process for oversize loads a plus

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Mechanically inclined

· Success in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance, or transportation execution

· Detail oriented with strong organization and documentation skills

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic and integrity

-5 years Construction Industry Experience (Preferred)
