We have several openings for dedicated Talent Acquisition (TA) Managers to provide operational excellence direction across all areas of recruitment including processes, technology, training, compliance, and continuous improvement activities. As a TA Manager, you will help USAA deliver strategic and operational hiring objectives as you manage a team of hard-working recruiters. You will lead recruitment efforts for staffing programs, projects, and operational plans to meet goals align with staffing and resource management.
This role is a hybrid work type and can be based in one of the following office locations: San Antonio, Phoenix, Charlotte, Colorado Springs, or Tampa.
What we offer:
USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $95,250 – $182,030.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
