AJ Marketing Hiring for Marketing Assistant at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Full Time

We are a boutique marketing agency that works with a range of clients Australia-wide and are currently in a growth phase. This newly created, part-time position will work with clients from HVAC & construction to restaurants & cyber security, (and everything in between). We are fast-paced, no two days are ever the same – and we love it that way.

Our broad range of clients means the team works closely with business owners and CEO’s, predominately as their marketing partner for their small to medium businesses. We are relied on to manage all aspects of their marketing, which includes a broad spectrum of marketing activities.

 Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the team on specific branding and new business marketing rollouts
• Being a part of developing high-level marketing strategies, including marketing research
• Managing marketing campaigns, including the initial rollout and regular ing
• Briefing designers on creative requirements
• Social media management – including ads (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & Youtube)
• Assisting with building websites
• Google AdWords management and ing
• eDM campaigns
• CRM management
• Regular interaction with a range of clients and their teams 
• Interacting with end users via social media
• Occasional on-location shoots for product launches and industry events 
• Administration and ad hoc duties as required

About you:

• You currently hold or are well into the process of achieving a Marketing degree or similar qualification
• You love marketing – and enjoy working in a marketing environment
• You have initiative, can think on your feet, and want to learn more
• You enjoy working with a creative and dynamic team
• Client confidentiality and professionalism are a priority for you
• Experience with marketing stack platforms (eDM, social media, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CRM and CMS) will be highly regarded but not essential
• Photography and video editing skill are not essential but will be highly regarded

This is a part-time role, that will be placed in our Cranbourne South office.

Hours and days are flexible for the right candidate.
