Your Opportunity

Your opportunity is situated within the Learning and Capability (L&C) team, which is a collaborative team of dedicated adult learning experts that are currently creating, generating and delivering quality service offerings across the QLD public sector.

Everything you would be working towards is aimed to build capability, shaping a public sector of excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include

• supporting the implementation of strategic workforce learning andcapability projects
• creation of documentation and content, including learning materials
• stakeholder engagement, both internal and external to the PSC
• project support and helping to ensure deliverables are met
• collaboration with other admin or project based colleagues
• research and analysis on trends, ideas innovation including data collation and presentation.
