Serve as the resource for all aspects of sales and returns for walk-in customers at the City Desk Sales Counter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with sales and returns at the City Desk
• Receive phone orders and sales inquiries
• Write up orders for customers at the City Desk
• Fill will call orders
• Fill UPS, Rapid Delivery, Karens Delivery, Speedee Delivery and Doreens Delivery orders as needed
• Help maintain City Desk area after previous duties have been fulfilled
• After Hours Phone when scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned

• At work and on time per company schedule

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Sales background in the wholesale plumbing industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move 50+ lbs. with use of equipment
• Hours Monday – Friday 7 am – 5 pm, rotating weekend on call
