We are looking to add a experienced business development associate to our team. Business development associates will have experience with the following:

• Establish a pipeline with target companies in our sector
• Work with existing accounts to help expand average customer value
• Close new accounts on a consistent basis
• Work with recruiting to adjust / align as needed
• Help implement sales culture and expand
• We are looking to expand into 3 locations within the next 12 months so this is a great opportunity for those that are looking to get in on the ground floor!

Experience with sales in the staffing / recruiting space is a huge plus!

If you match all the experience requirements and experienced w/ the staffing / recruiting space – base range: $75k – $100k!

Commission packages also available based on total amount of sales generated. Typically will add about $25,000 – $50,000 commission per year.
