Job Summary – Call Center Team Lead

• Team Leads/Managers oversee a group of lead generators, providing support and direction to exceed company goals and increase retention.

Description:

• Have a positive attitude and provide courteous, friendly service to all internal team members and external customers. The Team Lead will do this by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of lead generators both, (in-house and remote), to ensure the team is meeting goals and redirecting as needed
• Communicates regularly with the lead generator team, (both in person and virtually), to provide recognition, coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action when appropriate
• Measures team performance and communicates goals and quotas to the team.
• Encourages and motivates lead generators as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas
• Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices
• Assists with overall team member development, including training and in the moment coaching
• Anticipate needs and jump on phones as needed to ensure providing high volume quality leads to sales agents
• Prepares and presents daily, weekly, and monthly s as directed by the Director of Lead Generation
• Assists with interviewing and selection of new lead generators
• Duties may vary based on the departmental needs

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
