We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team, one of the fastest-growing medical spas in Texas. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, and social media, drive traffic, and generate leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, mentoring and feedback as needed.
· Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies and priorities to drive business and increase brand awareness
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, text, email, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing to achieve business goals.
· Manage and execute Meta ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of HubSpot campaigns, on key metrics, and recommend changes to optimize performance and ROI.
· Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
· Manage the company’s digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising channels.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and customer experience across digital channels.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and recommend their implementation as appropriate.
· Create and manage landing pages, A/B testing, and optimization of PPC campaigns.
· Serve as a category expert, utilizing consumer research, CRM data, and industry trends to drive insights and inform marketing strategies.
· Monitor and analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies and recommend changes to stay ahead of the competition.
· Develop and implement lead generation campaigns and manage the lead funnel.
· Manage the company’s website, including design, content, and functionality, and ensure it is optimized for user experience and search engines.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and influencers.
· Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively and efficiently.
· Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into the company’s marketing strategies and tactics.
· All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
· Be Google Analytics certified and have experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
· Have knowledge of SEO and SEO research tools.
· Marketing agency experience is a bonus.
· 4+ years of experience in HubSpot and/or Sales Force
· Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
