Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for our Home Services. You will work closely with the Director of Recruiting to understand their talent needs and proactively source candidates through various channels to ensure the success of our recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings as required.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Director of Recruiting.
• Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to evaluate candidates and provide feedback, facilitating the decision-making process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market intelligence to continually improve recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with the Franchise Success Team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Comfortable with conducting phone interviews and engaging in phone communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including working with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Ability to meet daily metrics set by the Director of Recruiting to ensure productivity and success.
