Ward Communities of Harford County Hiring for New Home Community Sales Representative at Harford County, MD Full Time

Ward Communities is currently looking for an experienced new home Community Sales Representative for Harford County, MD. The position is a full-time commission/draw sales position.

The primary responsibility of the New Home Sales Manager is to facilitate the sale of new homes. This individual must maintain a high degree of integrity and honesty in all business dealings. The individual must be professional in dress, manners, and conduct at all times. A successful candidate will be self-motivated individual and display initiative.

The Sales Representative will be required to work weekends and staff the model home in their community from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Sales Representative will be expected to meet or exceed sales goals and attend regular sales meetings at the corporate office in Edgewood, MD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
