Overview of Position:

Scope Technologies is looking for a Mid-Level to Senior-Level Growth Hacker. As a Senior Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that will help us acquire and retain customers, increase revenue, and drive business growth. You will get your hands dirty in every aspect of our marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and implement growth opportunities across all channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
• Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and improve user experience.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and provide regular s on the performance of growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, sales, and engineering, to ensure that growth strategies are aligned with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, and share insights and knowledge with the team.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies for a B2C or B2B company.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Optimizely.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Quartery Bonus Potential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
