The Opportunity:

ing to the Chief HR Officer, the Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in attracting and sourcing employees (white and blue collar) across the MNA business and support the strategic focus of our recruitment process at MNA. Working nationally, you will partner all MNA business units to implement and drive the talent sourcing process and strategies. This exciting role is hybrid, working in the office 2 days per week and the remainder from home! *Please note this is fixed term opportunity available until April 2024.

• Implement best practice attraction, interview techniques, selection criteria, pre-employment, screening and testing.
• Engage and work with key recruitment partners, ensuring terms and conditions and market competitive rates are in place.
• Guide, coach and mentor hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Write and post position descriptions on Seek, LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Assist with setting up interviews, delivering feedback to candidates/agencies, reference checks and writing contracts.
• Work closely with the P&C team, WHS Manager and Quality team to ensure induction programs are aligned with MNA safety and quality standards.
• Provide support to the P&C team.
• Set up and manage external recruitment suppliers.
• Liaise directly with Labour Hire providers to ensure action on requests for casual staff and support site leaders to ensure competitive supplier agreements are in place.
• Designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and processes.
• Liaise with HRBP/line managers to gain insight into the short/medium/long term business needs.
• Facilitate and deliver behavioral interview training for line managers.
• Other administrative tasks as required by Chief P&C Officer & Head of P&C.
• Analyse turnover, retention rates and sourcing methods to forecast hiring needs and provide timely ing to Management Team.
• Manage the candidate experience and expectations throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

To Succeed With Us:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role (Recruitment Coordinator or Recruitment Advisor).
• Experience working in FMCG, manufacturing or distribution environments and with scope across multi site locations and/or dispersed workforce.
• Combination of Blue & White Collar experience beneficial.
• Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word & Excel).
• Experience in LinkedIn sourcing and building strong talent pools and pipelines.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in partnering with the business as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to present well in front of small and large groups of people.
• Strong commercial business acumen, an ability to think both strategically and in detail.
• Demonstrated drive, passion and commitment to achieve results.
• Natural ability to plan showing good attention to detail, organise and follow through.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Ability to be creative, innovative and think outside the box and design engaging internal communications.
