Scope of the Remote Full-Time Role:

Our Customer Experience Agents are brand ambassadors representing Paraco in providing memorable, positive, and engaging customer support to our residential and business clients. As an integral member of the Paraco family, this position is responsible for providing first-class assistance to current and prospective customers. In this role, you will build genuine connections with Paraco customers by listening, anticipating needs, and offering innovative solutions.

We’re seeking someone to deliver a great customer experience and effectively resolve customers’ needs and concerns.

Essential responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Handling incoming calls pleasantly and understandingly, focused on achieving customer satisfaction
• Using practical listening skills to address and resolve customer issues
• Addressing customer concerns calmly and professionally while ensuring their requests/ questions are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion
• Analyzing incoming calls and offering proactive solutions based on information provided and follow-up when necessary
• Working in a team-based environment and engaging proactively with both clients and employees throughout the organization
• Scheduled workdays may include weekend hours
• Overtime may be offered dependent on call volumes

We are looking for the following Skills and Abilities:

• High school diploma or general education (GED)
• At least one year of related customer service or customer interaction experience and training
• Basic computer systems: Microsoft Office, 10-key calculators, and data entry skills.
• Contact Center Experience desired
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Maintain a strong work ethic and desire to excel. Punctuality and dependability
• Capable of understanding documents such as instructional and procedural manuals
• Bilingual speaking proficiency is a plus

Salary: $18-20/hr
