Full Job Description

The RL Insurance Agency, an independent insurance agency is seeking part-time customer service representative. Hours negotiable
Your job will entail:

  • Provide friendly, energetic customer service
  • Explain coverages & policy proposals
  • Answer phones, take payments, answer policy questions, make policy changes

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications skills (written, verbal and active listening)
  • Excellent organizations & prioritization skills
  • Ability to think like the customer and financial professional, with a passion to deliver top quality service.
  • Active listening skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
