The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
-Answering Emails, phone calls and questions about the company, product line or follow up on orders
– Able to work swiftly to ensure all work is promptly processed and customers expectations are met.
· Entering orders into QuickBooks, processing, shipping (UPS) and invoicing customers.
· Resolve customer issues such as tracking information, copies of paperwork, invoices
· Work with Warehousing associates to deliver products to customers on a timely fashion and tracking inventory status.
· Assisting sales staff with pricing and availability information, tracking and quotes
· Using good judgement to ensure the most cost effective and efficient way of operating is performed. Always looking for fresh ideas on how to save costs or increase profitability.
· Possess proficient problem-solving skills along with a hard work ethic
· Must bring a positive demeanor and good attitude
· Experience as Executive Assistant or equivalent, is a plus
· Training will be conducted as “on-the-job” training with Customer Service Manager who will guide you through the entire process and build your skills as a Customer Service Rep and knowledge about the company each and everyday.

· Location: Small office in Boonton, NJ. Hrs. 8:30am-5:00pm (30 min lunch-break)
· Compensation: $40,000-$46,000 annually based upon experience
