Merchants Distributors, LLC Hiring for Digital Marketing Coupon Specialist at Hickory, NC Full Time

Overview:

Provide operational support for digital marketing products and marketing levers. This position will work with systems and data to implement digital coupon programs, create and administer accounts and sources weekly deals through collaboration with Category Managers

Remote work schedule- may be required to come in the office once a month in Hickory, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Administer coupon management systems and platforms used by the Marketing team.
• Assist Category Managers and Brand Director with sourcing of digital offers for Free Item Friday, Try it again and MDI
• Align with creative teams to create digital assets to support MDI coupons.
• Configure coupons and promotion codes to support websites.
• Work with third parties to troubleshoot systems issues when they arise
• Assist with Retailer training of coupon programs
• Manage assets and ensure frequent, detailed communication to retailers
• Builds net-down coupons and works with tag vendors to ensure correct execution
• Collaborates with vendors and category management teams during planning meetings to suggest content for weekly coupon offerings
• Handles all digital coupon billing for redemptions and reconciliations
• Managers relationships with 3rd party companies for weekly shelf tag printing for all MDI coupon customers
• Support independent retailers with issues / problems with their digital coupons

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field required
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with online marketing, advertising, email marketing and e-tailing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, etc.
