We are currently adding experienced Solar Sales Representatives to our team. We understand that the Sales team is the most important aspect of any organization, as such we have invested heavily in making sure that you have the best resources available to assure success. We have the most advanced training and software systems as well as a support system with one thing in mind, if you win, we all win. With benefits like a company vehicle, fuel card, health insurance, W2 weekly paycheck, and pre-set appointments this is not your average Solar Sales position. This is a career position for an experienced representative, and only experienced sales reps will be considered.
Qualifications:
· 2 years Solar Sales experience (required)
· Self-motivated and self-starter
· Strong verbal and communication skills
· Passionate about helping people and making an impact.
· A highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest work ethic.
Job Description:
The Solar Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with potential clients in their home and educating them on the benefits of Solar. Sales representatives will qualify the home, discover, and provide for the needs of the homeowner and walk them through the process to achieve energy independence. On target earnings for this position exceed $100k and top earners will achieve multiple six-figure incomes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Meet and consult with homeowners on the benefits of going solar.
· Assess and qualify the property for Solar readiness.
· Walk the homeowner through the sales process.
· Attend sales training and meetings.
· Become subject matter experts in all things solar.
· Maintain close rates on company provided leads and supplement with personal leads as well as referrals.
· Manage customer relationships from sale to installation to ensure satisfaction.
