JB Harris Group is a full solution transport and logistics company in Newnan, GA.

We are seeking a Claims Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting and be able to handle a variety of tasks related to the processing of claims in a logistics field. Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying claims, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Review and process freight claims.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims activities.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and other parties involved in the claim.
• Provide customer service to clients and claimants.
• Conduct investigations into claims to determine validity.
• LTL,small pack, FTL experience preferred.
• UPS/FedEx experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
