SEM Specialist

Nevada’s leading business start-up service company, Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH), is looking for SEM Specialist to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) and digital marketing optimization activities for two brands. We’re looking for a dynamic candidate who is interested in a fast-paced environment that promotes creativity, uniqueness, and teamwork.

The SEM Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns on Google/You Tube, Bing, as well as other search and display marketing engines such as Facebook and LinkedIn. This role is responsible for effectively managing the paid search budget while working with the internal team to maximize ROI, drive traffic and decrease cost per acquisition. This position s to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support SEO activities, researching keywords, keyword trends, and monitoring ing dashboards.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including all traffic, conversion and optimization efforts while keeping an eye on KPI goals and maximizing ROI.
• Implement daily digital marketing tactics, including search engine/social marketing (SEM), pay-per-click marketing (PPC), display and retargeting.
• Identify and drive action plans to improve conversion rates and inbound lead development and demand generation.
• Optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft advertising, and other social networks as required.
• Work with Marketing Department to develop and implement digital marketing strategy.
• Manage PPC budget and campaign optimization.
• Setup and on A/B split tests.
• Actively participate in weekly marketing meetings for NCH and Inc Authority.
• Track digital marketing performance.
• Innovate, create, and update digital marketing s.
• Utilize Google Analytics for comprehensive ing.
• Provide insight regarding online industry trends and competitor information.
• Develop new opportunities for online exposure.

Qualifications Include:

• Proven SEM experience and success with daily management of PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn and others
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
• In-depth experience with bid management tools
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM s
• Ability to create and drive A/B and multivariate experiments
