Description of role:

Are you a passionate digital marketer with a knack for building and maintaining successful brand marketing strategies? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on multiple brands simultaneously? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a part-time Digital Marketer responsible for initiating and maintaining marketing efforts for several e-commerce and wholesale brands. These brands do not yet currently have any associated marketing efforts, so it is a great opportunity for those who enjoy starting from scratch.

As a Digital Marketer at Matrix, you will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, expanding reach, and increasing customer engagement across multiple digital channels. You will have the opportunity to work on various brands within our portfolio, each with unique positioning and target audiences.

Brand themes include Rock & Roll, Hunting & Fishing, Humor, Girls, High-end Design, Wholesale, and more.

1099 Position, Flexible Hours, 1-2 hours per day, potential for growth.

Tasks:

• Brand Strategy: Develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies for each assigned brand, aligning them with overall business objectives and target market analysis.
• Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team and art department to develop compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts across multiple brands, including content creation, community engagement, monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize brand websites for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, product, and sales to ensure brand consistency and support overall business goals.

Skills and requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a multi-brand or agency environment.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
• Brand Strategy: Experience in developing and executing brand marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing approaches to effectively reach target audiences.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies clearly and effectively.
• Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
