Job Description
Correspond with new employees about the requirements for the Form I-9
Meet with new employees to complete Form I-9 in accordance with federal requirements and follow up with employees regarding Form I-9 and employment authorization
Handle situations that may require additional processes, including but not limited to, employees needing to obtain social security numbers or e-Verify case alerts
Ensure data integrity by updating and entering information in Workday
Provide support to team members, feedback on processes and procedures, and participate in various projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Requires 1 year of relevant experience. I9 experience preferred.
