The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Colonial Park is currently seeking a Unit Clerk.

Duties Include:

• Scanning in resident documents
• Updates room changes in our current electronic medical record program.
• Creating admission and readmission packets
• Updating room change information
• Updating resident discharge information
• Assisting DON with projects as needed
• Scheduling Dentist visits
• Scheduling Podiatrist visits
• Scheduling Optometrist visits through SightRite
• Answering phones
• Faxing and accepting faxes from the Labs and all other contacts
• Picking up and distributing mail from Unit
• Collecting documents for scanning
