Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Team Lead has a wide array of responsibilities relating to resolving pending and denied health insurance claims. The Accounts Receivable Team Lead will assist with managing the workload of 10+ AR Follow-Up Specialists while working closely with the Cash Posting and Payment Review Supervisors in setting staff goals and expectations. The Accounts Receivable Team Lead will be crossed trained in all areas of the Accounts Receivable Department to serve as a back-up and be able to assist in staff training.
