Arrow Lift Hiring for Digital Marketing Manager at Westlake, OH Full Time

We are looking for a competent Digital Marketing Manager to lead our small, in-house Digital Marketing Team. You will work on a variety of tasks related to SEO, paid media, social media, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop content and keyword (SEO) strategy
• Oversee and guide pay-per-click and programmatic advertising
• Develop and manage digital marketing budget
• Manage vendor relationships related to digital marketing
• Meeting digital lead acquisition and conversion rates goals
• Effectively work with internal Team Members and external partners
• Assisting Team Members as needed and executing any special projects
• Occasionally greeting and assisting customers entering our showroom
• Other duties as assigned

Essential qualifications

• Expert-level data analysis skills, including quantitative reasoning and cause-and-effect diagnosis
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats, changing gears as business need dictates
• Ability to delegate important responsibilities effectively and hold others accountable for meeting performance requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: every interaction with internal customers reflects on our Team
• Willingness to learn, be coachable, and follow directions
• Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
• People-oriented with the ability to build business relationships

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or similar)
• 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
