Primary Responsibilities:

We have a fleet of 19 vehicles:

• Greet customers and welcome them to our company, and provide 5 star service to those who wish to help our business
• Answering customer phone calls, providing courtesy and professional service for our customers
• Answering questions from customers
• Accepting work orders and corresponding with vendors as well as with customers through the daily emails
• Vendor Portals: Accept work orders and communicate on a daily basis
• Providing our technicians with the information that they need to complete their job (i.e. customer specifications, specific directions, special pricing)
• Maintain current location and status of each technician
