Job Description – Machine Operator

The Production machine operator will to the line supervisor and be responsible for making concrete brick products, this is a hands-on position in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• You will be monitoring and making necessary changes to control panels to produce the highest quality brick possible.
• You will be hands on using a shovel and broom to keep your work area clean of debris.
• You will need to have basic mathematics to keep hourly QC data.
• You will need to be able to stand for long periods of time as well as being tolerant to the climate conditions (hot in the summer and cold during the winter).
• You will be working in a fast-paced environment, adhering to the safety and quality control regulations established by the company will be mandatory.
• You must have reliable transportation to work as Bilco has very strict attendance policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Basic mathematic (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
• Beable to work in heat/cold
• Responsible professional with a strong work ethic
• Takes pride in work and possesses attention to detail.
• Can work in a fast – paced environment.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs

Salary:
Hourly compensation – starting at $17+/hour
