What You Will Do
As a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be tasked with enhancing and optimizing our ATS. We are looking for an iCIMS SME who can improve workflows, build s, train team members, and assess and recommend changes to improve our hiring process. This person will also own the talent attraction responsibilities for select corporate, engineering, and field employee hiring as a full cycle talent partner.
